What is an Error 19?

An Error 19 indicates a relay fault and means that your inverter is due for replacement.

Is an Error 19 covered by my warranty or home insurance?

Unfortunately, Macsolar’s warranty doesn’t cover labour costs, so you will need to arrange an inverter health check with a solar repair company such as Service My Solar and pay a call-out fee in order to get it replaced.

Part of the cost of replacing your inverter might be covered by your home insurance subject to your insurer and policy. Service My Solar can help you with your claim.

How do I fix an Error 19?

Book a health check to have an electrician visit your home and replace your broken Macsolar inverter with a fully functioning one.

This could also be an opportunity for you to upgrade your current system to a better performing one by swapping your faulty unit for a larger-sized one.
