What is an E031 – Int.Error?

An E031 – Int.Error in an Aurora inverter indicates a terminal internal failure requiring the unit to be replaced.

Is an E031 – Int.Error covered by my warranty or home insurance?

If your Aurora inverter is under 5 years old, it should be covered by warranty. In that case, you simply need to provide us with the following in order for us to lodge a warranty claim for you:

• A photo of the sticker situated on the side of the inverter showing the serial number, WK number and part number;
• A photo of the inverter screen displaying the error code.

As an internal component failure, this fault will not likely be covered under home insurance.

How do I fix a W001 fault?

The warranty claim can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Once your new inverter arrives, Service My Solar will install it in place of the old one and discard the latter.
